• Assist in managing the treasury transaction queries and investigations, and review of daily swift messages to resolve any queries with counterparty banks and other internal units. • Checking all nostro accounts, GL, positions daily with coordination with the Treasury Front Office & Finance department • Monitor and reconcile daily receipt and disbursement transactions. • Prepare swift confirmations for all deals done in Treasury (Borrowings, Investments and Derivatives) • Make transaction queries to all counterparty banks by SWIFT, e-mails etc. • Monitor all treasury investments (Money market and Capital Market) and ensure all amounts are received when due, or appropriate action is taken in line with liquidity objectives (Liquidating/ rollover etc). • Prepare confirmation as well as the settlement of all treasury deals (placement, deposit) and check all related swift messages. • Carryout settlement action for all maturing deals in the Treasury Management system. • Coordinate timely and accurate transfer payment process of transactions so that accounts relating to Treasury. • Conclude the month-end closing activities. • Ensure that the Fees for all facilities are paid on time and recorded in the fees register which is maintained manually. • Oversee consolidated daily treasury transactions such as cash liquidity position foreign Exchange / fixed Income /Money Market / Capital Markets • Execute borrowing and investment following established guidelines. • Review and drive improvement in treasury operations productivity and efficiency This item is classified as Confidential also evaluate and recommend solutions. • Manage and support the accounting settlement and processing arrangement. • Resolve Treasury Front Office, Risk Management, and Finance related inquiries promptly. • Assisting and maintaining treasury policies, processes, procedures manual. • Good communication with all external party (Banks, Investment Co.) • Currently assisting in implementing Calypso as a new TMS – Go live date Jan 2025
