I hold a Master's degree in Pharmaceutics and I am a dedicated pharmaceutical research scholar with extensive experience developing anticancer drug formulations. My research work, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team at a reputed research institute, focused on innovative approaches to cancer therapy. In addition to my research, I have served as an Assistant Professor, where I facilitated laboratory methodologies and taught core subjects such as Industrial Pharmaceutics, Drug Development, and Novel Drug Delivery Systems. Throughout my academic career, I have had the privilege of contributing to scientific knowledge by publishing numerous review articles in esteemed journals. This experience has not only honed my research skills but also enhanced my ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively. In recent years, I pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, which has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of drug safety and regulatory requirements. My commitment to the healthcare field extends beyond academia, as I have volunteered in hospital settings, serving on a Patient and Family Welfare Committee. In this role, I worked closely with patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns were addressed compassionately and efficiently. Additionally, I have strong project management expertise, having successfully led and contributed to numerous academic projects. My skills in managing timelines, collaborating with diverse teams, and delivering results in high-pressure environments make me well-versed in project management methodologies. Overall, I bring a well-rounded background in pharmaceutical research, education, clinical research, and project management, driven by a passion for innovation and patient care.

About Me
I am a self-motivated, self-disciplined, diligent and result-oriented individual, honed, and driven with the passion to educate others and to make relevant information accessible. Hold a master's degree in Pharmaceutics and worked as a pharmaceutical research scholar at the academic level and formulated anticancerous drugs by using novel methodologies and analysed data and samples by using cutting-edge technology(HPLC, IR, UV spectroscopy)and honed my project management skills.3 years of extensive experience as an assistant professor taught core pharmaceutics subjects to graduate students and guided them in their laboratory practices, as well as worked as an examiner to facilitate their lab exams. Currently have a post-graduation diploma in clinical research and pharmacovigilance to elaborate my knowledge in clinical research and serving in the hospital as a volunteer in their patient safety department to give my innovative ideas to improve their health care department.

I used to work physically in the college by using digital platform to make my class lively ,i will prefer to organise class online so that I can connect with those who are sitting far from my current country.
