About Me
With over 10 years of experience as a certified health teacher, I’m currently working internationally for the second time, now based in Thailand. My passion for health and wellness drives everything I do, from teaching to constantly researching the latest in nutrition, fitness, and well-being. A self-proclaimed foodie—though in a picky sort of way—I love exploring new flavors and cuisines that align with my health-conscious lifestyle. When I'm not teaching or sampling healthy dishes, you'll find me reading, researching, and diving deep into all things health-related to bring the best practices to those I serve.
