About Me

I'm an experienced educator with a passion for making learning engaging and enjoyable. With a background in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, I focus on practical and interactive approaches to help students build confidence and skills. I also have a strong interest in coaching, particularly in sports like basketball, where I enjoy helping players develop through structured drills and game visualization. I'm always looking for creative ways to connect with students and make learning a positive experience.

Teaching Approach

In my classes, I focus on creating an engaging, interactive environment where students feel comfortable exploring and learning at their own pace. Each session is structured with a balance of foundational knowledge, practical application, and hands-on activities, whether we’re working on language skills or sports training. For Arabic language sessions, I prioritize pronunciation and real-world conversation practice. Lessons often include fun, practical exercises like role-playing everyday scenarios or using games to reinforce vocabulary and grammar. I adapt the pace based on each student’s comfort level, ensuring they grasp the basics before moving to more complex topics. In basketball coaching, I design sessions around skill-building drills and real-game scenarios. I aim to create a space where players can learn from their mistakes and improve with personalized feedback. Drills focus on essential skills, from dribbling and shooting to team strategy, helping players develop both individual abilities and an understanding of the game as a whole. Each class, whether academic or athletic, ends with a recap and time for questions, ensuring students leave with a solid understanding and clear takeaways for practice outside of class. My goal is to keep learning dynamic, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s needs.
