▪ Worked as an English Language teacher at the Department of Economics at the University of Guelma. ▪ Even though I had a part-time role, I was responsible for a wide range of significant activities, including: o Generate the course content, including handouts, planned lessons, projects, and curricula. o To remain current on developments in the field of study, examine recent papers, talk with colleagues, and engage in conferences and specialized organizations. o Take part in pedagogical conferences to develop lessons and curricula that are contemporary and relevant for the department's students. ▪ Maintain student attendance, evaluations, and other pertinent data. ▪ Start, encourage, and oversee class conversations. ▪ Develop, assess, and apply changes to syllabus, course materials, and instructional methods. ▪ Plan and deliver courses to undergraduate students on topics including fiscal accounting, principles of marketing, and organizational management.

● Managed and taught General English classes for students aged 7 to 18 years old, focusing on improving language skills across all proficiency levels (A0-C1). ● Delivered specialized English for Specific Purposes (ESP) instruction to adult learners (18+), focusing on Business, and I.T English. ● Created tailored lesson plans to meet the unique needs of professionals, focusing on job-specific language, communication skills, and industry terminology. ● Conducted group classes of up to 12 students and provided individualized instruction to support learners in improving their professional language skills for effective workplace communication and presentations.

● Teaching English to children aged 4–6 years, using the Reggio Emilia approach to foster a creative, child-led learning environment. ● Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that integrate play, sensory activities, and outdoor learning to enhance language acquisition. ● Design and facilitate activities that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including projects focused on quality education and environmental awareness. ● Create a language-rich environment through songs, rhymes, storytelling, and art to improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and basic grammar. ● Collaborate with fellow educators to adapt teaching strategies that meet each child's individual needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere. ● Document and assess children's progress through observation and interactive feedback, maintaining detailed records of their development in language skills. ● Organize and lead events, workshops, and festive activities that incorporate English language learning with cultural and social themes.
